Privacy policy

This website has no accounts or enquiry database. Contact enquiries are sent by email through our email service.

Contact form

When you send the contact form, your name, email address, phone number (if provided), project type and message are sent through Resend to our business inbox. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project or interest in private investment. Resend processes the message to deliver the email. The form limits repeated submissions to reduce spam; it does not save your enquiry in a website database. If sending fails, the form will tell you and you can contact us directly.

Phone and email

If you call or email us, we keep the information you share so we can follow up on your project and provide services.

Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when fonts are requested.

Optional website analytics

When analytics is enabled on our Replit-hosted website, Replit provides website usage analytics, including pageviews. We also count clicks on “Apply now with Financeit” and record which residential page the link was on. This click event includes only a fixed page path, not query strings, contact details, form contents or financial information. Our custom click tracking respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. If analytics is unavailable, the link still works.

Financeit

The application link opens Financeit’s website. A click is not a completed loan application, approval or purchase. We do not track those outcomes on Financeit. Information you provide there is handled under Financeit’s own privacy policy and terms.
